About the Author
Loch K. Johnson is Regents Professor of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia and a Meigs Distinguished Teaching Professor. James J. Wirtz is Dean of the School of International Graduate Studies at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California, and Director of the Global Center for Security Cooperation, Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
