About the Author
Janis Whitaker is the owner of JP Whitaker & Associates, a results-oriented management training and consulting enterprise, established in 1991. She was previously a Corporate Learning and Development professional at a medical manufacturer for seven years. She has experience working in a variety of workplace environments.
