Jim Lawrence began his writing career scripting training films for the US Armed Forces, and moved on to write features including Buck Rogers and Joe Palooka. He has written more 007 stories than any other Bond author. With permission from the Ian Fleming Trust, he and artist Yaroslav Horak wrote and illustrated 20 original James Bond comic strips for the Daily Express.
Yaroslav Horak is an illustrator and comics artist best known for his work on the James Bond newspaper comic strip. Some of his other work as a comic strip illustrator includes Rick Davis, The Skyman, Ray Thorpe, Ripon: The Man from Outer Space, Brenda Starr, The Mask: The Man of Many Faces, Captain Fortune, and Mike Steele: Desert Rider. He lives in Australia.
