He's spoken in all 50 states as well as in Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. His new book, "Leading Change: How to achieve superior results through Gentle Pressure Relentlessly Applied" was written because of his life-long career in leading teams. Teaching, training, and leading teams has been his passion since he started his career as a High School teacher in Selma, Alabama. Dan has taught or coached History, Art, Music, Karate, Choir, Calligraphy, Clowning, Public Speaking, Guitar, Basketball, Customer Service and Retail Sales. In fact, once he develops a passion for a new skill, it seems he sets about to teach it.
