Praising God has played a very important role in my life and ministry. For every challenge and need which I face in my life, I praise God and I have seen if I praise God for one topic for 10 hours then things turn. God takes control of things in my life as soon as I start praising Him. Amplified Bible says 1 Thessalonians 5:18 ""Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will].""

God specially put on my heart to write this book which is 7 hours Praise, which we are doing for 3 days. The main purpose of the book is to Praise the Most High God. There are 12 praises per hour and each Praise should be given for 5 minutes. And Each day there are 252 praises.
