Michael Edwards is a novelist from Colonie, NY currently residing in Troy, NY; who has been writing since his days at La Salle Institute (high school) and more formally in college. "I owe my interest in fiction to two English teachers, James Slattery (HVCC) and Hollis Seamon (College of St. Rose) both of whom encouraged me to push the pen across the page. Michael is a true Renaissance man having worked in dozens of fields from Law Enforcement to Culinary which have given him different ways of viewing the world and a philosophy for living. He was a late bloomer who didn't exactly know what he wanted to be when he grew up, so he tried everything. "It is not what we get out of life that matters but what we put into it."
