Twins Harley and Rhiannon Hummingbird have always been competitive. But there's one thing the siblings can agree on--they can't wait to travel from their Oklahoma home to their grandparents' new cabin in northern Wisconsin. Both Harley and Rhiannon are looking forward to a week of swimming, boating, and most importantly, fishing. While there, they learn about the best baits, the best techniques, and the importance of location in having a successful day fishing. But the most important lessons they learn are about teamwork and persistence.

About the Author

Forster, Gregor: - Gregor Forster, studied scientific illustration at the Zurich University of Arts in Switzerland. After finishing his studies in 2015 he started illustrating fiction and nonfiction picture books, educational books, and advertisements. When illustrating children's books, Gregor loves to research new topics and learn about the world the story takes place in. He loves to entertain, educate, and amaze children as much as adults with his illustrations. When Gregor isn't drawing or painting, he might be freediving somewhere in cold Swiss lakes.
Coulson, Art: - Art Coulson is an award-winning journalist and was the first executive director of the Wilma Mankiller Foundation in Oklahoma. His first children's book, The Creator's Game: A Story of Baaga'adowe/Lacrosse (Minnesota Historical Society Press, 2013), told of the deep spiritual and cultural connections of Indigenous American people to the sport of lacrosse. Art still plays traditional Cherokee stickball, an original version of lacrosse, when he is visiting friends and family in the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. Art lives in Apple Valley, Minnesota, with his wife and two daughters.
