About the Author

For over twenty-five years, Jotham S. Stein's law firm has represented entrepreneurs, C-Suite executives, board members, senior managers, as well as less senior employees of all types and size companies.

Jotham is also the author of the legal textbook and professional guide: Executive Employment Law: Protecting Executives, Entrepreneurs and Employees (first published by Oxford University Press, now in its seventh edition, with Lexis/Nexis). He is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Princeton University.
