Ni Idea: Los Grandes Misterios del Universo

Daniel Whiteson

Everything we still don't know about our strange and mysterious universe. What is the universe made of? What are space and dark time, matter and energy? What happened during the Big Bang? Are we alone or do aliens exist? And why haven't they visited us? The answer to all these great questions is the same: we have no idea. However, as Jorge Cham and Daniel Whiteson demonstrate with humor, clarity, infographics and a unique talent for explaining complicated things in a simple way, asking is as important and fascinating as finding answers. This illustrated guide to the great mysteries of physics exposes everything we do know (from neutrinos and quarks to gravitational waves and black holes), and details how the universe is a vast wilderness that we still have much to explore.
