About the Author

John Saxon was a member of the faculty at the UNC School of Government from 1992 until 2010. He is author or editor of several manuals, including North Carolina Legislation 1997, North Carolina Legislation 1998, The Law and Elderly in North Carolina, Social Services in North Carolina, and North Carolina Guardianship Manual. Areas of expertise included social services law, child support, elder law, and family policy. He earned a JD from Antioch School of Law.
