I deal with lawful definition of North Korean human rights including refugees' status and its humanistic perspectives through detailed documents. Function of UN focusing on humanistic value and institutional items will be simultaneously investigated for academic research of this topic. The North Korean Human Rights Act of 2004 by the U.S. Congress implying effective lawful system is at stake for setting up idealistic theory of this book to transform concrete solution. I will explore the main clue how individual human value influences global society and general human rights should work out to motivate true human dignity by installing an appropriate model.
