This Spanish language edition of the influential and inspiring original continues the tradition of Our Bodies, Ourselves in providing women with essential information on their health while also acknowledging that Latina perspectives on health and sexuality differ from those expressed in the U.S. edition. A major project this is more than a translation: it incorporates issues of cultural identity and politics, and stories of lives lived between Latin America and the United States, both recognized as informing the health of Latina women.
