About the Author
Lapierre, Laurent M.: - Laurent M. Lapierre is the Ian Telfer Professor of Workplace Behaviour and Health, Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, Canada. He has published in several leading management and organizational psychology journals, including Journal of Management, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Personnel Psychology. He was recognized in 2018 as an 'Extraordinary Contributor to Work and Family Research' by the Work and Family Researchers Network (WFRN).
