Retired Battaion Chief Raymond Johnson spent 31 years as a Law Enforcement and Fire Service Investigator. He holds numerous certifications and degrees. He was part of the investigation team early on in the Green River Task force investigation. He has personally participated in over 1000 fire investigations and many death investigations.
