wendy brown is the recipient of over fourteen provincial, national and international newspaper editorial cartooning awards. She writes, paints and lives with her cat, Edward, in a small town on the Pacific coast in British Columbia, Canada. Originally from Toronto, where she studied fine art at OCAD, brown worked as an art director, illustrator and cartoonist in advertising and publishing until she moved to BC with her son in the 1990s. brown is currently at work on a collection of short stories, a comic novel and a sequel to OWww!
