I was born May 1964 in Norfolk, Virginia. I have lived my entire life in Chesapeake. I spent most of my growing years with my sister Pollyanna, whom my mother has always referred to as "my guardian angel". She is and always will be my best friend. I was born Patti Sellars but became Patti Turner when I married the love of my life, John in 1987. I attended high school and then went on to college but it never seemed to fulfill me. I remember as a child writing little short stories based off of books that I had read. About a year ago I decided to take the plunge and begin writing. I am pleased with the outcome and hope that you are as well. My goal is to become a famous author but if that doesn't happen for me I hope that my books will bring joy to all who reads them.
