Recovery is a ongoing process. Everyday is a learning experience for me and I learn a little more about myself. I'm 48 years old and live in Wilmington, DE.Things fell apart last year and i went went thought Depression, Suicide thoughts and a Mental Breakdown. I was in a Hospital for 7 days and as of right now also going to therapy to get my life together. I have writtin 3 books, In Search Of A Godly Father, Reflections Of My Soul and Why Should I Be Thankful and this is my fourth. I'm also a member of N.A.MI " National Association For The Mentally Ill " As well as The Addictions Coalition Of Deaware .
