About the Author

Arthur C. Clarke has long been considered the greatest science fiction writer of all time and was an international treasure in many other ways, including the fact that an article by him in 1945 led to the invention of satellite technology. Books by Clarke--both fiction and nonfiction--have sold more than one hundred million copies worldwide. He died in 2008.

If I'm not posting about Gene Wolfe call an ambulance because I've had a stroke! writer from Perth, Australia. published in Analog

My favourite was marginalia was found in Rama II by Arthur C Clarke and Gentry Lee. A character removes their spacesuit helmet. The reader underlined the sentence and wrote, "They already took it off two pages ago." Would that this was the only problem with Rama II.
