A Companion Journal for Your Sabbath Journey
Sabbath Journal is a journaling resource designed to help you develop the habit of pausing and reflecting as part of your Sabbath practice. Paired with Ruth Haley Barton's book Embracing Rhythms of Work and Rest, this journal is primarily a blank space for your thoughts, offering 52 prompts at the back of the journal to help guide your Sabbath reflections and engage in honest dialogue with God.
Ruth encourages journaling as a simple and truthful expression, saying, "What you write here does not have to be profound; it just needs to be true. And even after you have finished reading Embracing Rhythms of Work and Rest, you can keep using this journal as a sacred space to 'say something true to God' as part of your sabbath practice."
What's inside:
Sabbath Journal is your next step in creating life-giving rhythms and replenishing your soul. Use it to embrace rest, reflect deeply, and create meaningful patterns in your life.
