Sailor's Blue

Kayleigh Campbell

In Sailor's Blue, Kayleigh Campbell delves into the shifting terrains of memory, motherhood, and identity, weaving moments of tenderness with undercurrents of loss and resilience. Each poem charts the tension between fragility and strength, whether through fleeting encounters, the weight of the everyday, or the persistent pull of the sea. With distinctive lyricism and sharp imagery, Campbell crafts a world both intimate and expansive, where time, place, and self blur, leaving traces of vulnerability and quiet triumph.
