About the Author

Kevin McMaster is a graduate of Ryerson University's prestigious film production program in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has now written five books of poetry, including Love and Angst (But Mostly Angst), Self-Abusive Musings, 50 Pages, 50 Pages II, and The Song and Dance Begins. Kevin studied to become a filmmaker and has released his own feature-length experimental film entitled Teratogeny, available on DVD, as well as written three screenplays, the teen comedy Skids, and the psychological thrillers Clean and The Irreverent, all available in paperback. He has recorded four albums of progressive experimental music under the artist name Butterfly Bush, including the soundtrack to Teratogeny, as well as Horny Jesus, Bloodletting and Maid In Canada. He released his first novel in 2014 entitled A Jester's Tear (Part One: The Dark Prince), with Part Two due for release in summer 2015.
