About the Author
Niki Dominique lives in Harlem with two of the dopest boys on the planet. She spends her days teaching, her nights writing, and the moments in between, running from the thoughts in her head. She tries to find moments to shift her perspective by focusing on finding or making joy in every second of every minute of every day. Shades of Purple is her first novel.
