The blues that emerged from the likes of Leadbelly, Bessie Smith, Robert Johnson, Lightin' Hopkins, Muddy Waters and BB King. "Phillip took a deep breath and pulled at his eyebrows. Troubles were raining down on the family; Lala announced that she was getting a divorce-Rosa was running around with a man wanted by the law, and Lightfoot came close to shooting Naomi. His family was unraveling right before his eyes."

About the Author

Whitney J. LeBlanc is a Louisiana native. He has credits as a college professor, set designer, theatre/television director, writer and stained glass designer. He holds a Master's degree from the University of Iowa. He has spent over half of his fifty year professional career as a Hollywood director of sitcoms and daytime dramas, the likes of Benson, The Robert Guillaume Show, Our Street, Up and Coming The Young and the Restless and Generations. LeBlanc is also the author of Blues in the Wind-ReVisited, Bodacious Blues, and The Portrait. LeBlanc lives in the Napa Valley with his Physician wife, where he writes novels and creates stained glass windows for the Churches of the area.
