About the Author
Adam Christopher grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Over the course of his career in the culinary arts, he has developed, opened, and managed several high-end restaurants and worked as a consultant for The CZH Hospitality Group. He is a principal in eXceed Hospitality Asset Advisors, LLC, and a co-founder of BlueSkies Hospitality Management Systems, LLC.
