Vicki Bowen has spent her entire life in the central part of Michigan's Lower Peninsula. After getting married, she moved with her husband only an hour away from the city she was raised in. Together they own twenty acres in Michigan's Upper Peninsula where they have a small house situated in a remote, natural area. Vicki spends much of her time photographing the beautiful natural world. Travel has been an important part of her life and she spends many hours photographing the many places she has been. Vicki's entire adult life she was a teacher of elementary aged children. She loves children, nature, photography, and writing. Now that she is retired she has been pursuing these things. Together, she and her husband have twelve beautiful grandchildren. Vicki enjoys spending much time with them and being with them in the world of Nature. She hopes to continue doing all these things she loves.
