@smith4colts @ClayJenkinson So much good stuff on TR! The Edmund Morris trilogy is a classic. The first is the best, but the one on the presidency is amazing too. If you haven't, I'd read *Field of Blood* by @jbf1755 on Congress before the Civil War. The Fiery Trial by Eric Foner is worth reading too.
