Through her projects - Flourish and ClimbingTreesKids.com, and via the books she authors and ghostwrites - Cheryl Rickman wants to enable people to flourish in life, in childhood and at work. This mission, to help make the world a little less frowny and a lot more appreciative, positive and resilient, led her to collaborate with designer and illustrator, Amy Harwood to create a colouring book for grown-ups; one which provides the perfect blend of beautiful art therapy mindfulness, practical tips on how to flourish, empowering affirmations and inspirational quotes. The result is a beautiful blend of creativity-inducing inspiration and life-enhancing information. Meanwhile, Amy Harwood's freelance illustration and design work has ranged from picture books and fashion graphics to Point Of Sale Design and branding, having worked with a number of brands from Debenhams and Next to Climbing Trees Clothing and Penguin.
