Twitchell, Paul: - Paul Twitchell introduced the teachings of Eckankar to the modern world in the mid-1960s. Bits of the original teachings had been scattered amongst the world's spiritual traditions. In his research, Twitchell sifted the golden threads of truth to renew and transform them into their full potency via Eckankar. At the time of his passing in 1971, Eckankar had become a worldwide spiritual movement. It is now under the spiritual leadership of Sri Harold Klemp.
