Michelle Mansfield is a podcaster, author, health coach and most importantly, mother. From her experiences, education, mistakes, and breakthroughs she became passionate about helping other moms tell their unique story.
Her writing has helped her heal from her struggles of motherhood and she hopes to help others see that being vulnerable isn't a weakness. It's the first step to their own healing. The Honest Mom Podcast was born when Michelle knew her voice was something that busy and exhausted moms would appreciate. Her passion for wellness in all areas of living has been the driving force to bring all she's learned into every mother's hands. The Honest Mom Project is her first "grown-up" book which initially was a diary for her own healing. As soon as she wrote her first chapter she knew she couldn't keep it all to herself.
Michelle is also a children's author of the Brooklyn Wellness Series (www.itsjustmebrooklyn.com) showcasing her daughter, Brooklyn, through wellness themes such as confidence, independence, being adventurous with new foods, and walking alongside one's fears.
Michelle is also a fitness and yoga instructor, loves nature walks, crystals, reiki, drawing cards of any kind, music, girls' night with Brooklyn, and being surrounded by her incredible friends. She is grateful for her husband, Bobby, her daughter, Brooklyn, and her stepchildren, Alyssa and Josh. Michelle also has five cats, yes five, named Simba, Jax, along with their three feral rescues over Covid named Cautious, Playful and Luna.
