The Longest War: America's Forty Year War on Drugs

Charles R. Miller

A fact finding account of the devastating consequences of our failed drug war. Miller shows how drug cartels, in response to more stringent interdiction efforts, have evolved into transnational crime empires we are powerless to stop and that are destabilizing nations around the globe through violence and corruption. With ties to international terrorist groups and the establishment of cells in every major nation including the United States, top officials say we are facing the gravest law enforcement threat in history.

About the Author

Mr. Miller is a retired health care executive who has conducted years of research into the drug war. His findings and conclusions are not only disturbing, they shatter long held beliefs about drug use. Miller shows how we have been misled into supporting measures that were doomed to fail from the start by politicians eager to appear tough on crime to get elected. Miller is also the author of "Rise of the Nones: The Decline of Denominational Christianity". He is married and lives with his wife in West Texas.
