The Midnight Cry: 5 Were Wise - 5 Were Foolish

Edward R. Sager

The information presented in "The Midnight Cry" is not meant to draw anyone away from their present following, but to broaden anyone's view about God and how He has gone to great lengths to win US back to a trust relationship.Notice ahead are listed some info within each of the 15 Chapters.Chapter 1 is where Jesus said he had more to tell us, but we were not ready to handle it at the time.If the timing could be now, Chapter 2 lists Jesus telling us the very reason he was sent - a different reason than world religions currently teach. You'll discover it as outstanding, even astounding refreshing BETTER GOOD NEWS from Jesus himself. Chapter 3 Jesus reveals how the most spiritual folk of the day will expel us from the church - WHY - because they don't know the Father or me.In Chapter 4 Jesus gives us a parable, revealing the Father, with tears of joy streaming down His face, as he runs to meet us on our way back home.In Chapter 5 Jesus is explaining the true picture of his Father as wanting us, as friends to know more about His business. In Chapter 6 notice how, the Devil has twisted very spiritual sounding words into falsehoods. Chapter 7 brings out how the 5 foolish were found lacking because of being persuaded away from the good news that Jesus came to proclaim.Chapter 8 reveals the foolishness in believing that God will punish anyone that refuses Him. If God was really vengeful, I think I'd be looking for a different God. Chapter 9 reveals how important it is to be thinkers, instead of mirror reflectors or other people's thoughts. Would I really want to follow the 5 foolish?Chapter 10 discusses what caused the thief, hanging on a cross next to Jesus, to think - "Wow! If this is what God is like, then count me in!"Chapter 11 is huge for our overall understanding of Scripture. Jesus was talking to those that were about to crucify him. Paraphrasing - Jesus may have said, "You 5 foolish, you diligently search the Scriptures for you THINK in them you have eternal life - while refusing to come to me for life."Chapter 12 has some information on my other books as well as Jesus telling us what will bring an end to the chaotic world, we live in.Chapter 13 reveals how the attention was taken away from the murderous crime, of Jesus being crucified, over to his death paying the, allegedly taught, required price, in graining forgiveness for our sins.Chapter 14 reveals how John 3:16 - read as is - can put a wrong emphasis on what to believe about God.Chapter 15 brings out the understanding about knowing God is life eternal - which comes by asking God, as David did to create in him a pure heart and right spirit - which says nothing about begging for God's forgiveness. Just remember, that the prodigal son was forgiven before he left home. My plea to every church, every religion under the sun, is to know that Jesus is the way to truth, that there is no other way to know God than through the messages and life of Jesus.
