(Montevideo, Uruguay, 1968) is an International Master (FIDE, and also ICCF).
He participated in two Olympiads representing his country (Baku 2016 and Batumi
2018).
Luis lives in
Londrina, Brazil, being a protagonist of the tournaments in that country, where
he also works as a chess trainer.
He is the author of
numerous theoretical articles for American and European publications such as
New in Chess (for the Yearbook) and Modern Chess.
