J. Traveler Pelton was born in the last century in West Virginia. She is the Nation's Mother for her tribe, the Munsee Delaware, a Christian, mother of four, grandmother of six, a storyteller, a Clinically Licensed Independent Social worker in private practice, an author of eight books and an avid reader. She loves to study people. She is quick to draw parallels in between different fields and weave them into her stories. Traveler is a fiber artist and enjoys quilting and spinning-spinning yarn while she spins tales to her children and grandchildren.
