The Offenders: Saving the World While Serving Detention!

Jerry Craft

BULLIES BEWARE!

A freak accident gives five middle school kids (from very diverse backgrounds) super powers. But instead of being able to transform into cool super-beings, they are forced to take on the characteristics of the kids they pick on. Now they're the ones who are being teased, and by the same kids who they are trying to help! Sure their abilities may be at an all-time high, but do they really have what it takes to save their school when their self-esteem is at an all-time low?

The only thing they know for sure is they're about to learn one "powerful" lesson in compassion!

Praise for this book

Love the book! Serious topic, funny, real! The "Offenders" is a multicultural, refreshingly funny twist on a very serious topic that is affecting the social, emotional and educational stability of our children and young adults. When bullies get to step into their victims shoes for a while it doesn't feel so good, but many lessons are learned as the bullies realize their actions have consequences. We see the human side of the bully who is more often than not a product of bullying. It makes you want to scream, "EVERYONE, PLAY NICE!" The cycle has to stop somewhere. This book is a start! - Marla conn, M.S. Ed. - Read-Ability, Inc.
