About the Author
Price, Steven: - Steven Price is Reader in English at Bangor University. He has published extensively on British and American drama, and is the author of A History of the Screenplay; The Screenplay: Authorship, Theory and Criticism and The Plays, Screenplays and Films of David Mamet. From 1994-2006, he wrote the section on American drama for The Year's Work in English Studies (OUP), a journal for which he was also Associate Editor from 1999-2006. Steven Price is also the editor of Journal of Screenwriting. He has a long-standing interest in Twelve Angry Men, and extensive teaching and research interests in the American drama of this period, having taught a course on Modern American Drama for over twenty years at Bangor University.
