The Secret Life of an HR Manager: -An HR Manager Never Retires
It is purely an imaginary, literary work and any similarity found with present or past personalities is incidental and should not be taken personally. The fiction is a presentation of the complexity of human emotions expressed by human beings in different situations. While writing this novel I have intentionally tried to make it an interesting literary work that can attract the attention of learned readers. It was an evolving process in which whatever little experience I had I recollected in pieces and fixed them wherever suitable, centering around the fictional hero called 'Ananda'I have tried to inject some common characters generally come across in India. These characters are enriched with recollected events, experiences and challenges specifically faced by children from small places. Some important debates made by enlightened people from time to time are noted by me and I have agreed with their thoughts. Thus, there are some experiences, some values and some philosophy and more than everything some human emotions, in the background of this fiction. These emotions are mostly in consonance with what is within my mind. Thus, I can't claim that these are the ideal personalities. But I am sure the wise readers will not miss opportunities to be sad a happy as they discover the characters here .
