Flesher, Jeff: - Jeff Flesher is the owner of Wisdom Mates, LLC. Previously he held senior positions in corporate organization effectiveness and learning including Vice President and Head of UL University, Vice President Talent Management at Biomet, Inc., Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Abbott Laboratories, and Learning Services Superintendent at Commonwealth Edison Nuclear Generation Group.Jeff completed a Ph.D., with an emphasis on problem solving and the development of expertise at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He has also taught for more than 25 years at the University of Illinois in the Colleges of Business and Education and on military bases around the US for Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
