About the Author

Deborah Grayson Riegel is the director of learning for The Boda Group and the CEO and chief communication coach for Talk Support. She is a lecturer of management communication at the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. She also served as a visiting professor of executive communications at the Beijing International MBA Program at Peking University.

Ellen Dowling, PhD, president of Dowling & Associates, Inc., has consulted with many organizations in communication skills, management development, and organizational development.
