Tom is excited to wake up early on the morning of his fourth birthday. He is going to celebrate his birthday fishing with his dad. Dad will teach him how to fish and help him land his first fish. While fishing, Dad shares a story about when Jesus helped His disciples catch fish.

Tom's Fishing Day allows parents to read the Bible story referenced to their child. It shows that Jesus is interested in the things they enjoy, such as fishing. Planting this seed in the young child's mind will help them see Jesus as One who cares, ultimately drawing them closer to Jesus.
