About the Author

Thornell, Connie: - Connie Thornell is the author of the series, Touring with Tinzie Jo and Brindley. She works as an adjunct professor in the Lone Star College System, educating future early childhood teachers. A retired public school teacher of 36 years, Connie has made it her life's work to serve her students. In fact, they were her inspiration for writing the tours of Tinzie Jo and Brindley for all to enjoy.
Thornell, Callan: - Callan Thornell is the illustrator of the series, Touring with Tinzie Jo and Brindley. Halloween Safety allowed her to bring a few new characters to life. She enjoys creating illustrations for books as well as using various types of media for her artwork. Ms. Thornell attends college at Tarleton State University to become a teacher. She has studied art in Italy and hopes to teach English or art in the future.
