As badly as Peter wants to just enjoy being a normal kid in Grade 11-whose life would revolve around studying, working part-time, hanging out with friends, and going on dates-he knows he has an immense task to accomplish first: He has to defeat Xavier, once and for all.

Peter's army of weather gods is extremely skillful, experienced, and crafty. But Xavier's troops-who significantly outnumber Peter's-are ruthless, unforgiving, and willing to go to any means to ensure Xavier gets what he wants.

To give themselves a fighting chance, Peter needs to come up a way to take away Xavier's advantage, or at least level the playing field.

Good meets evil head-to-head, and wit and ingenuity just might offer Peter's team a chance at victory. A very, very slim chance...
