About the Author

Katie Evans (Kelley) Is a miiitary wife and step mother of two disabled veterans. She has co-authored 5 other books and numerous articals on treating intergratd co-existing disorders, dual diagnosis, trauma and addiction. She is an out- standing clinician and has presented workshps world wide. She has taught at colleges and universities, Published by Guilford foundation and Hazeldon foundation. She has a PhD in Psycology, and is a nationally certified drug and alcohol counselor, In recovery since 1983, she is guinene, knowledgable and adds humor in her training and home srudy programs
