Volakas, Elis
High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Volakas (Greek: Βώλακας) is a former municipality in Elis, West Greece, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Pyrgos, of which it is a municipal unit. Its seat of administration was in the town of Epitalio. Epitalio is accessed by GR-9 to the north and south which until the 1980s ran through the town. The Alpheus river flows to the north.
