I’ve read a decent # of atheist books, but George H. Smith’s “Why Atheism?” gives probably the best & most comprehensive response to the Ontological Argument I’ve read. Not only does he summarize historical criticisms, he explains why so many skeptics fail to grasp the argument.

@alanswirsky @viet_t_nguyen @MattGallagher0 @PhilKlay Congratulations! If you don’t have Phil Smith’s Why War, you need it. It’s excplitly tied to war and narratives. I have a couple other books you may want to include - want to chat off line?

Hard to believe Greg Smith's "Why I am leaving Goldman Sachs" oped was 10 years ago. @ReporterLeslie spoke to him on the anniversary of his great resignation. https://t.co/77XYbblh4a
