From the outside United Roads church seemed like any other church. The windows were made of gorgeous stained glass, the doors were warm and welcoming, and the church's bell rang at the same time every Sunday morning. It was your typical small-town church. Or so everyone thought. What no one knew was the sinister schemes going on behind closed doors.

Youth group directors Percy and Piper do their best to lead their group of troubled teens to a godly, religious life. Giving all the lectures, love and advice they can trying to guide the kids they call their own to a lifestyle accepted by their church family. However, drugs, alcohol, and sex blind the teens as they find themselves falling deeper and deeper into bad habits.

Soon a night that was supposed to be filled with prayers, education, and life lessons about these bad habits turns into a night filled with screams, blood, betrayal and death.
