STACKED: What's on Dylin Hardcastle's Shelf

Author and screenwriter Dylin Hardcastle recently shared their bookshelf as part of Belletrist Book Club’s Stacked series. The following four books were foundational to the development of A Language of Limbs, a novel written as part of Dylin's PhD research. Their doctoral work investigated how the uncanny can be used in contemporary queer literature to disturb, de-familiarize, and ultimately challenge prevailing cultural assumptions about queer and trans identities.
