I read a lot of Alexandre Dumas's fiction years ago. I love it. I then did a lot of reading on Dumas, including some of the discrimination he experienced as a black writer (when there were almost no black writers) (Dumas's mother was black). 1/

If you're looking for a wholesome, family-friendly movie, I highly recommend The Curse of Bridge Hollow on @Netflix. William and I watched a good chunk of it last night and laughed so much.

.@snapjudgment has the best stories. Just learned a girl-power tale about an underdog filly who won the K Derby in 1988 ("Winning Colors" ) intertwined with a story of two guys who try to collect on their winning bet $250K bet in a cartel-backed Tijuana racetrack.
