I’m not an expert in interpersonal communication, and I have plenty to learn about it, myself. But if all social media executives read “The Art of Communicating” by Thich Nhat Hanh as well as “Propaganda” by Jacques Ellul, I think it could spur some tough reflection and change.

Jacques Ellul makes a good point in his 1954 book “The Technological Society” - messaging by political parties (he uses the word “propaganda”) may cancel out politically, but definitely not psychologically. The result is increased anxiety & tension on all sides. That was 1954! 😳
