@boothrebecca Oh gosh there are so many good books about this right now! 😍 We love Rissy, No Kissies and Harrison P. Spader, Personal Space Invader LOL Don't Hug Doug is getting a lot of use this year too. We have friends with boundary issues so we're reading A LOT about this.

@jillbrown231 We also love the Track Series by Jason Reynolds, and we also loved Hide and Seek by Katy Grant - not exactly sports but an adventure/outdoor thriller type. If he likes adventure themed stuff with a sci-fi bent, we also love Dark Life & sequel by Kat Falls, and the cryptic series

Book is not The Aquanaut by Dan Santat. It was not a graphic novel & would have been read probably around 2015-2018, so Aquanaut is too recent.
