Last weekend I finally got round to watching "Nymph()maniac, Part 1". I think after I make lunch & do laundry, I'll put on Part 2. I quite enjoyed the first one. I tend to like "self-indulgent directors" kind of movies.

@DareManus I haven't loved any of the "Thor" movies so far, so it can't really disappoint me. I *did* really like two runs of the comic that inspired the movie - both by Jason Aaron. "Thor: God of Thunder" (with Gorr the God Butcher) and "The Mighty Thor" (with Jane Foster as Thor).

Randomly watched a "Pale Fire" review on YouTube & wanted to maybe reread the book - but it seems I don't own it! I have a lot of Nabokovs - and I have a book analyzing "Pale Fire" (confusingly titled "Nabokov's Pale Fire") - but not the novel itself.

@DanDDoes Yup! Incidentally, on the subject of Anne Rice, I've only ever read "Interview With the Vampire" (and seen the movie adaptation). None of her other books. Should I check them out?
